Known as La Ciudad de los Parques (The City of Parks), this place is so unbelievably good, I didn't even want to write this report. To sum the place up briefly, take all the best bits of Medellín: the restaurants & cafés, the consistent spring climate, endless green streets and all of the nearby nature you can hike in. Then, half the price of everything, reduce the population by two-thirds, get rid of 95% of the tourists and increase safety ten-fold. And cha-ching, you have, in my humble opinion, the best city in Colombia.
